We use beam saw for straight cutting, CNC routers for shapes, laser to cut and polish shapes + rastering, line benders for straight line bending, oven and rams for thermoforming, vacuum former for complex moulded shapes, diamond polishing for straight line clean cut edges, screen printing + vinyl printing to finish units.  We use perspex/acrylic clear and coloured for good optical effect, styrene for vacuum formed parts that need strength, Corian for counters and formed parts, Diabond for sign panels and profiling, foam PVC (foamex)  for cut out letters for signs and moulded shapes, triple wall polycarbonate roofing for conservatories and extensions, polycarbonate and PETG for machine guarding, polyprophalene for conveyors and profiling, acrylic and polycarbonate for glazing, various glues and accessories are also available.
